A letter from the CEO
Tom and I started WyreTech in 2025 with a simple question:
Why do businesses talk to their customers less the bigger they get?
To find the answer, we went straight to the front line. We worked customer-facing roles at the busiest leisure centre in our area and quickly saw the reality: staff were overwhelmed, calls were constantly missed, and customers were left frustrated.
As a manager, I handled complaint after complaint about unanswered phones. Some customers even walked in to prove their point, showing me their screens—one call queue had lasted 40 minutes. It became painfully clear: businesses were trapped in a dilemma. They could deliver great service or keep costs under control — but not both.
From a small coffee shop table, Tom and I decided to change that. We founded WyreTech to eliminate this trade-off.
From day one, we’ve been AI-native. Instead of building tools for more human seats, we built around AI from the ground up. Our vision is simple: an AI “employee” that’s always on, always improving, and always bringing businesses closer to their customers as they grow.
